Terms and conditions of booking
These terms and conditions are in respect of both the Caudle Hill Farm bed and breakfast and self catering accommodation.
1.	A non refundable deposit of £100 is required when booking.  If the total cost of the accommodation (bed and breakfast) is less than £100 the total cost is required to be paid at the time of booking.
2.	Balance of payment to be made 30 days before booking date.
3.	If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date the full cost will be charged.  (All hirers are recommended to arrange appropriate travel insurance)
4.	The owners of Caudle Hill Farm are not liable, or responsible, to the hirer, or other members of the hirer’s party, for any damage or loss to their personal possessions or any personal injury sustained whilst using the accommodation or the surrounding area.
5.	The hirer of the accommodation is responsible for any breakage or damage that occurs in/to the accommodation during the period of the hire.
6.	The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
7.	All accommodation is let on the dates agreed and the hirer and his/her party, or persons allowed into the accommodation by the hirer, have no right to remain after the agreed period of hire.
8.	All accommodation is available from 4.00 pm. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.on the day of departure.
9.	We are not able to accept dogs, or other pets, or smoking in any of the accommodation.
